About West-In Chocolates

Bean-to-bar chocolate from Andhra Pradesh — nationally recognised, preparing for UK & US markets.

Our Story

New recognition for West-In

Founded by Srinivasarao Kondapati, West-In Chocolates built a ₹6 crore processing unit with 450 metric tonne capacity at the Industrial Park in Dowleswaram, near Rajamahendravaram.

We collect around 900 metric tonnes of wet cocoa directly from about 1,200 local farmers across Konaseema and the Godavari districts — then ferment, dry, grade, and craft bean-to-bar chocolate with a strong domestic presence and global ambition.

Of 18 people on our team, 15 are women — quality craftsmanship paired with local empowerment.

Andhra Cocoa City

Part of AP's chocolate hub

Cocoa is cultivated across nearly 40,000 hectares in Andhra Pradesh — about 18,000–20,000 MT of dry beans a year — as an intercrop in coconut and oil palm belts across Konaseema, West Godavari, and East Godavari.

With APFPS and PMFME support, the state is pushing fermentation, drying, grading, and bean-to-bar processing. West-In sits among brands gaining national recognition, with international awards and plans for the UK Fine Chocolate Awards and Chocolate Salon, America.
